All our garments are crafted using authentic fabrics and artisanal techniques, which makes them delicate and premium. We recommend gentle hand-washing in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid machine washes to preserve the texture, colour, and longevity of the craftsmanship.

Our pieces feature hand-done embroideries and traditional craftwork that require a soft touch. Always air-dry in shade, avoid wringing, and store the garments in a cool, dry place. For long-lasting beauty, keep them folded with a muslin cloth to protect the artisanal detailing.

If you prefer getting the product stitched according to your preferences, you can select the Get Customized option on the product ages or Book an Appointment with us.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Since every order is made on request, once it is placed, we have a 24 hour cancellation window only for ready to ship (online) orders.

Once you are part of the Somarra family, should the item's fittings not work out, you can always reach out for alterations, completely free of charge.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
